Brilliant news! We were delighted to win a 3rd Rosette at the AA awards in London last night. Head Chef Simon Kelly was there to receive the award, which rounds off a brilliantly successful year for the restaurant, Food & Beverage department and the hotel as a whole.
The coveted 3rd Rosette puts the Feversham in the top 10% of restuarants within the UK and marks a fantastic year in the development of the reastuarant and the progression of the food produced and served.
Earlier this year we moved forward, and actively aimed to source high quality local produce wherever possible. This has led to new recipes being created and the step forward to acheiving the 3rd Rosette.
The hotel as a whole also acheived the grade for 4 Red stars for all round excellence - well done to all of hte team!
