Junior or Senior Sous Chef

The desired Sous chef will need experience in a similar calibre restaurants, ideally as Sous Chef, and have a proven track record of meeting the highest standards with experience of managing their team, as at times you will be deputizing for the Head Chef.

As Sous Chef you must to be passionate, committed, focused and able to work under pressure on all sections.

Commis Chef

We are looking for someone who is flexible, motivated and is passionate about producing high quality food.  Someone who has experience in a similar role and is able to work well under pressure.  You must be willing to work under the wing of the Head Chef and Sous Chef and enthusiastic to learn.  Be a team player with a bright personality with great attention to detail.

Chef de Rang

We seek a Chef de Rang to join our restaurant team within our busy 2 AA Rosette restaurant which is situated within our 4 AA Red Star Hotel & Luxury Spa.  You must be a well groomed and articulate individual who shows enthusiasm and energy, keen to contribute and willing to commit to a team with a renowned reputation of a warm and friendly hospitality and service.
Salary up to £16,000.
