We seek a Chef de Rang to join our restaurant team within our busy 2 AA Rosette restaurant which is situated within our 4 AA Red Star Hotel & Luxury Spa. You must be a well groomed and articulate individual who shows enthusiasm and energy, keen to contribute and willing to commit to a team with a renowned reputation of a warm and friendly hospitality and service.
Salary up to £16,000.
We seek a Commis Waiter to join our restaurant team within our busy 2 AA Rosette restaurant which is situated within our 4 AA Red Star Hotel & Luxury Spa.
We are recruiting for an experienced Cocktail Barman to take responsibility for the production and service of all beverages served from our bar. This will include cocktails wines and spirits and beers, as well as a range of hot drinks. The role includes the responsibility of professional service, stock control, ordering all aspects of the bar management supported by the restaurant manager. The ideal applicant should be well presented, ambitious, well groomed and determined to ensure only the best service levels are achieved.
Salary dependant on experience.
