 Chef de Partie
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, committed, Chef de Partie to come and join our busy kitchen team.
This position would suit someone who already has three AA rosette experience.    
We are looking for someone who is flexible, motivated and is passionate about producing high quality food.
 
Person Specification

• To assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef by preparing food according to their menus and recipes. 
• To apply the hygiene procedures correctly. 
• To perform any task reasonably requested by the hotel’s management. 
• To train other less experienced or skilled members of staff who work with or report to you.
• To maintain a professional, cordial and productive relationship with all other departments of the hotel.
• To be smartly presented in correct uniform at all times.

Beauty Therapist (Verbena Spa)

The newly opened Verbena Spa is looking for experienced Spa Therapists.
You will need to have experience in a quality operation(minimum 2 years), NVQ level 3 and a happy, easy going nature.
In return you will receive competitive rate of pay and commission, full Elemis training and a great place to work.

Chef de Rang (Restaurant)
 
As a Chef de Rang you will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, possess good people skills and great attention to detail. Having a vast experience working within high standard establishments. This is a very hands on role where you will have direct contact with all guests. A perfect spoken level of english is essential, ensuring exceptional levels of service are provided at all times.

Housekeeper

Previous experience would be an advantage.  Duties include cleaning the hotel bedrooms, lounges and public areas to a high standard and to hygiene requirements set by the hotel.  Responsible to ensure stock is locked away securely.  Part time and full time available.
