Our property requires an individual with a strong hands-on nature. The Operations manager will manage all HODs on a day to day basis and be responsible for the hotel in the General Managers absence. This will be a rewarding but challenging role.
Criteria for role:
Ø Will have previous 3, 4 or 5 star hotel experience.
Ø Will be responsible for the day to day running of the hotel.
Ø Will report directly to the General Manager.
Ø Responsible for staff training and development.
Ø Must have 2/3 years experience at management level.
Ø Strong food and beverage background.
Ø Must have effective organizational skills and excellent customer service skills.
Ø Ensure guests have best experience possible during their stay.
Ø Must be passionate about the hotel industry
