The picturesque region of Provence is near the Mediterranean Sea in southeast France, and the cuisine resembles that of Italy, with emphasis on sun-ripened vegetables, seafood, fresh herbs and a liberal helping of olive oil in most dishes, traditional Provencal cuisine blends intense flavours and simple ingredients. Enjoy our Provencal style menu with a carafe of wine or bottle of fizz.
Join us from Friday 12th June to Sunday 20th September 2015 for our 100 Days in Provence.
Our pop-up restaurant will be located on the top terrace in the famous Feversham courtyard, with the Verbena Spa on one side of you and the stunning pool on the other.
We have designed a menu that will be served from our main kitchen by our passionate team of chefs. From Marinated Heritage Tomato with warm crispy mozzarella and sweet basil, to Red Mullet with a fennel and peach salad. And Half Lobster with ramson aioli to a Dexter Beef Burger with blue cheese and maple cured bacon.
Please book your table in advance to avoid disappointment. We do not wish to rush your time in Provence, but during busy times we may ask that you kindly move your conversation to somewhere away from the dining area once your meal is complete – we have many cosy sofas and loungers around the pool for you to use, so that the next lucky guests might have chance to dine too.
