Our Mission Statement The Feversham Arms and Verbena Spa aims to be the best boutique hideaway hotel in the North of England. We aim to give our guests a high quality experience that combines the best standards of traditional hotel keeping with the warmth and informality of the modern age. Our design style is an eclectic mix of new and old – traditional materials shaped and combined with a modern twist – along with the odd eccentricity. The restaurant is, and always will be, at the heart of The Feversham Arms. We strive to give the best possible dining experience, drawing our culinary inspiration from the finest local produce. We recognise that what can set us apart from other hoteliers is the quality of staff we employ, and how we train, develop and motivate them. Without them working in effective teams, there can be no Feversham Arms. If they are excellent, we will be excellent and we aim to help them to be so. We acknowledge that excellence truly is a journey, not a destination, and we continue to strive for improvement every day.
