Catherine Feather, Deputy General Manager
Catherine is our Deputy General Manager and her history with the Feversham goes back a long way. She manages to juggle two teenage children and an understanding husband as well as putting heart and soul into the hotel. Catherine is a familiar and welcoming figure to our regular guests who enjoy having a catch up with the latest developments here in the hotel.

Charles Trueman, Assistant Manager
Originally born in Yorkshire, Charlie and his Polish wife Marlena moved back North to join The Feversham as Assistant Manager. Charlie, also handles first aid training and all the important Health & Safety issues at the hotel. He is currently putting lots of TLC into renovating his house, and if he gets a spare two minutes his time-out is spent playing golf.
Simon Kelly, Head Chef
Since joining
The Feversham Arms Hotel as Head Chef in September 2006 he has firmly planted his family roots in
Helmsley, living very close to the hotel. He brings a wealth of experience in quality restaurants & hotels, including time spent learning from Michel Roux at The Waterside Inn and Nico Ladenis at Nico at Ninety Park Lane.
Sarah Hughan, Sales & Marketing Executive
Sarah joined us in September ’09 and has been very busy ever since. Sarah’s a talker! She loves to tell you about the hotel and her favourite treatments in the spa. Sarah adds a bit of “glam” to the team and loves all things shiny! Her boyfriend, Pete, is a radio presenter and with her degree in marketing from Edinburgh she’s well qualified to keep us in the media and promote the hotel.
