Booking Terms and Conditions

All of our packages and rates require a £150 non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation. For reservations with a value lower than £150 a full pre-payment will be taken.

The reservation can be amended or cancelled up to seven days prior to arrival.  In the event of a cancellation the full deposit amount will be retained.  If the date of stay is changed the new reservation is subject to the packages available on that date. 

Within seven days the reservation becomes non-refundable or transferable and the full cost of stay is required.

Payment for any outstanding amounts will be taken on check-in.

This excludes group bookings (more than three rooms) which are subject to the below cancellation policy;

Group Cancellation Policy:
1-3 bedrooms - cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival
4-7 bedrooms - cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival
8+ bedrooms - cancellation up to 28 days prior to arrival

The Christmas and New Year packages require a £250 non-refundable deposit at booking and full pre-payment by 31st October 2022.
