The Black Swan and The Feversham Arms are looking for Food & Beverage professionals at all levels (but particularly Supervisory and Management for the Black Swan) to join up for a 3-5yr journey to help us move the hotels into a new era. We are now working on implementing initiatives such as service charge, four day weeks (front of house and kitchen) to make working with us a pleasure not a chore and raising service to hitherto unseen levels over the next 18 months. If you are up for a challenge, hard working and have a track record for staying in your previous jobs you might well be what we are looking for.
