Evening Meal

Our restaurant named 'The Weathervane', due to the large blue weathervane atop the glass restaurant roof, has 2 AA Rosettes and is a great place to enjoy locally sourced produce.

Our chefs take a lot of pride in each dish they present, which is mirrored in the produce that we serve.

Although an evening meal reveloves primarily around amazingly tasty dishes, we believe it should also be a great experience, starting when you walk through to our lounge and bar area.

Enjoy our seasonal dishes everyday from our À la Carte menu served from 6:45pm until 9pm.

To Start

Haricot blanc veloute,
chorizo doughnut, marjoram

Crab ravioli,
sea vegetables, bisque, basil

Ham hock, foie gras,
carrots, pineapple, granola

Treacle cured salmon,
avocado, horseradish, caviar

Slow cooked beef cheek,
mash, cava Nero, carrots, king oyster mushroom

Stone bass,
aubergine puree, fennel, gnocchi, red wine

Onion "Tatin”,
