As the temperatures (finally) rise and the sun starts to shine, there’s nothing better than spending time outdoors.
While the bright weather brings thoughts and dreams of sunnier climes, here at Feversham Arms Hotel, we’re proud to be able to offer a true taste of the Mediterranean right here in North Yorkshire.
After all, what could be better than sitting poolside; next to shimmering waters while enjoying a delicious alfresco dining experience.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that our outdoor dining experience this year promises to be more spectacular than ever, with a menu of sheer opulence.
Our brand new Poolside Menu has been designed by our acting head chef Christopher Hobley.
There will be meals to suit all appetites - from snacks, sandwiches and salads through to more filling ‘big bite’ options – all while channelling that feeling of a lavish escape with Champagne by the pool.
Oysters will be available in three, six, and 12 and served with a chilli vinaigrette and shallot and red wine vinaigrette.
Seafood dishes include dressed Whitby Bay lobster, bois boudran and saffron rouille as well as dressed Brixham crab with saffron mayonnaise.
Other menu highlights include the salt cod brandade, ciabatta and extra virgin oil from the ‘small bites’ section and classic beer battered haddock and mushy peas from ‘big bites’.
Prices start from £3.50 for snacks, £7.50 for small bites and £11 for big bites.
You can book a poolside table from 11am until 6pm throughout the summer season. The menu is also available in the lounge and via room service.
