We are famous for our welcome here at The Feversham Arms and it’s considered an essential part of our Yorkshire charm.

It goes without saying this is at the heart of the work ethos of all our front of house staff members and providing excellent service comes as second nature to our entire team.

One of our key team members who ensures there is always a gold star service at The Feversham Arms is Daniel Marshall.

The restaurant and bar manager is the latest person to be presented as part of our ‘Meet the Team’ series.

Since joining the team at the hotel’s 2AA Rosette restaurant a year ago Daniel has been leading as example offering up high customer service standards from staff who are also working productively.

He brings with him years of experience serving and running 2AA Rosette rated restaurants from across the country. 

Behind the scenes Daniel works extremely hard to make sure the products used are of a high quality and in keeping with the reputation of The Feversham Arms, while also looking after the restaurant and bar staff, customer comments and importantly he monitors compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations, controls costs and minimizes waste.

Being a Yorkshire lad Daniel also offers an insight into the surrounding area. He hails from Bingley, near Leeds and has worked at luxury venues in the area as well as a period of time working at Thorpe Park Hotel and Spa.

Outside of working hours Daniel enjoys all sports and can often be found both taking part and as a spectator.
